Authors who publish with JROH: Jurnal Obat Hati agree to the following terms:

1. Copyright Retention
   Authors retain the copyright of their work.

2. License to Publish
   Authors grant the journal the right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

3. Reuse and Distribution
   Under this license, others are permitted to share and adapt the work for any purpose, including commercial use, provided that proper credit is given to the original author(s) and the source, a link to the license is included, and any changes are indicated.

4. Author’s Rights
   Authors may enter into additional, separate contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository, publish it in a book), with acknowledgment of its initial publication in JROH.

5. Preprints and Postprints
   Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their personal websites) prior to and during the submission process, and to distribute the accepted version after publication, as it can lead to productive exchanges and earlier visibility of the work.
